Camila Cabello, also known as Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao, is a Cuban-American actress, singer, and songwriter. She was born on March 3, 1997, in Coj mar, Havana, Cuba, and her name is pronounced "ca-meela ca-beyo." Cabello rose to fame as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, where she established herself as a solo artist. She collaborated with Shawn Mendes on "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and with Machine Gun Kelly on "Bad Things," which reached number four on the US Billboard Hot 100. She left Fifth Harmony in 2016 and released her debut solo single "Crying in the Club."
